Ted is the SVP of Operations and Legal Affairs at TrueRate. Prior to joining TrueRate, Ted was the Managing Director of Legal at Meridian Capital Group, where he oversaw all legal matters for Meridian, including a broad range of corporate matters and commercial transactions. Prior to that, Ted was an associate in the real estate department at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where he represented clients in a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, leasing and financing.
Ted is admitted to the bar in New York. He earned his JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and BS from Georgetown University.
